Challenge:
StudioBDC's main source of leads was its warm audience, but was struggling to move them from email to their website. While open rates were healthy at 33.6%, the click-through rate sat at just 1.7%, well below industry benchmarks.
This bottleneck meant that high-quality leads were stalling in the funnel before ever seeing StudioBDC’s offers, limiting sales opportunities and making email campaigns less profitable.
They needed a way to boost engagement, drive more traffic to their website, and convert email opens into real action.
Goal:
Increase click-through rate in warm email outreach campaigns. We had to focus our efforts on the current constraint.
Solution:
To achieve this, we created and embedded a testimonial video to instantly build trust, tightened email copy for clarity and CTA support, and implemented a drip campaign to keep leads engaged until they were ready to take the next step.

PHASE II
Challenge:

To keep momentum and turn heightened engagement into measurable sales outcomes, StudioBDC needed a clear path to boost on-site conversions.
